Tell us how you'd like your beef cut. Standard hanging time is 14 days (additional hang time $10/day). Prices are based on hot carcass weight (HCW), recorded after slaughter: $135 slaughter fee, $30 waste fee, plus your cut & wrap rate. Not sure about a choice? Our standard protocol is 4 lb roasts, 4 steaks per package, and 1 lb ground beef packages. All processing charges are due at pick-up (3.5% fee on credit card payments). Frozen product must be picked up within 7 days of notice — storage charges of $10/day may apply after that.

How this works. On the next page you'll tell us how you want each section of the animal cut. Just make your choices — no weight estimates needed. The processor will record the weight after processing and calculate your final pricing at that time.
