Beef Cut List
Tell us how you'd like your beef cut. Standard hanging time is 14 days (additional hang time $10/day). Prices are based on hot carcass weight (HCW), recorded after slaughter: $135 slaughter fee, $30 waste fee, plus your cut & wrap rate. Not sure about a choice? Our standard protocol is 4 lb roasts, 4 steaks per package, and 1 lb ground beef packages. All processing charges are due at pick-up (3.5% fee on credit card payments). Frozen product must be picked up within 7 days of notice โ storage charges of $10/day may apply after that.
Pig โ Customer Drop-Off
Tell us how you'd like your pig cut. After slaughter, we'll record the hanging weight (HCW) and apply your cut & wrap rate. Base fees: $95 slaughter, $25 waste, $150 processing deposit due at drop-off. Sausage adds $3.50/lb. Bratwursts are $4.25/lb with a 10 lb minimum. Curing & smoking are not offered at this time. A 3.5% fee applies to credit card payments.
Pig โ Package Deal ($800)
$800 flat. Plante raises the pig and handles slaughter, cut, and wrap with our standard cuts โ boston butt, picnic, loin chops, ham, fresh belly, and 20 lbs of bulk sausage. No cuts to choose, no bratwursts in this package. Just enter your contact info and we'll add you to the next batch.
