Tell us how you want your beef cut. Every choice is priced as you make it, so the total at pickup is the total you already saw. Charges billed by the pound are finalized once the animal is weighed.
How this works. On the next page you'll tell us how you want each section of the animal cut. Just make your choices — no weight estimates needed. The processor will record the weight after processing and calculate your final pricing at that time.
