Why most shops take the annual rate
A processing shop runs hardest for about four months and is quiet the rest of the year, so a flat annual figure matches how the tool actually gets used — and it works out to two months free.
You see it working before you pay
Your cut sheet and price list are configured and reviewed with you first. If it can't handle your pricing, you'll know before it costs you anything.
How CutListHelper makes money
CutListHelper charges a flat subscription. That is the entire revenue model.
The platform takes no percentage of your orders and never handles your customers' money. Customers pay your shop directly, by cash, check, or card at your counter, exactly as they do now.
Online deposit collection is in development. It will be optional and priced separately, because card processing carries a per-transaction cost. The rate will be published before the feature is available to turn on. Shops that don't enable it are unaffected and pay nothing extra.
