What is collected

Two kinds of information. From processing shops that request setup: a name, shop name, phone number, email address, and whatever is written in the message. From customers placing an order with a shop that uses CutListHelper: a name, email address, phone number, the cut sheet choices made, and any note left for the shop.

Why

Setup requests are used to reply to the shop that sent one. Order information is used to deliver the order to the processing shop and to email that customer their bill and their pickup notice. Nothing is used for advertising.

Who sees it

A customer's order is visible to the processing shop it was placed with, and to CutListHelper for support and maintenance. It is not visible to other shops. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.

Data is stored on Cloudflare, which hosts the application, the database, and email delivery.

How long it is kept

Orders are kept while a shop's account is active, because a shop needs its own order history. When an account closes, that history is exported to the shop on request and then removed.

Cookies

One cookie, used to keep a shop signed in to its dashboard. There is no analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

Removal and questions

To see what is held about you, correct it, or have it removed, send a request through the contact form. Customers who placed an order with a shop should contact that shop, which can also pass the request on.
