The service
CutListHelper provides online cut sheets and order management to processing shops. Cut sheets are configured to match the price list a shop supplies.
Billing
$49 per month, or $490 per year. Setup and cut sheet configuration are included. Billing is month to month with no contract, and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; the period already paid for runs to its end.
Payments between a shop and its customers
CutListHelper does not process payments and does not handle a shop's money. Customers pay the shop directly. Prices, deposits, quotes, refunds, and disputes are between the shop and its customer.
Pricing accuracy
A shop is responsible for the prices it supplies and for reviewing its configured cut sheets before use. Totals shown before an animal is weighed are estimates: charges billed by the pound are finalized when the hanging weight is recorded.
Your data
A shop's orders and customer records belong to that shop. Order history is exported and sent on request, including after cancellation. See Privacy.
Availability
The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
These terms may change. Shops are notified by email before a change affecting price or billing takes effect. Questions go through the contact form.
